3. B2B Wholesale Agreements

• Invoicing & Quotes: B2B quotes (including EXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP pricing) are valid for the duration specified on the official commercial invoice.
• Manufacturing & Fulfillment: Production timelines for bulk orders are estimates. While we adhere strictly to fulfillment schedules, international logistics and customs clearance may occasionally impact final delivery dates.
• Liability during Transit: Risk transfer depends entirely on the agreed-upon shipping incoterm (e.g., risk transfers to the buyer at the export port under FOB terms).

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, garment designs, and software—is the property of Nuvoun and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
