At Nuvoun, we take pride in the master craftsmanship of our Gothic fashion wear. We meticulously inspect every coat, suit, and jacket before it ships. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not fit perfectly or meet your expectations. That is why we offer a straightforward, global return and exchange policy.
Our 14-Day Return & Exchange Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or an exchange. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions for B2C (Individual) Returns
To be eligible for a standard return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all original Nuvoun tags still attached.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or custom-tailored pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Damaged or Lost Items
Your peace of mind is our priority. As outlined in our shipping policy, if an item is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
- Please take clear photographs of the damaged product and the packaging.
- Send the photos and your order number to nuvoun@nuvoun.com immediately.
- Once verified, we will issue a 100% full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at nuvoun@nuvoun.com with your Order Number and state whether you want a return or an exchange (and the new size/item requested).
- Approval: Our support team will reply within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization and the correct return shipping address.
- Ship it Back: Package the item securely. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns (e.g., ordering the wrong size or changing your mind).
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
B2B Wholesale Returns
Because B2B fulfillment involves bulk freight and complex logistics, wholesale returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, bulk orders are non-returnable unless there is a documented manufacturing defect across the shipment. We highly encourage our B2B partners to order sample pieces to verify fabric and sizing before committing to large pallet orders. For any wholesale discrepancies, please contact your dedicated account manager within 14 days of delivery.
